Welcome to BPMKEY. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BPMKEY website and Service at https://bpmkeypro.com/. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

BPMKEY is a free online tool for analyzing audio to detect BPM, musical key, Camelot notation and related attributes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the audio files you upload and must have the legal right to use them.
  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes copyright.
  • You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

3. Intellectual property

The BPMKEY name, logo, design, text and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the audio files you analyze. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks or content.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Analysis results (BPM, key, Camelot and attributes) are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or available at all times. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Third-party links & services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (such as PayPal for donations). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
